Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in a resalable condition during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Use the provided pre-paid shipping label or your preferred courier to send the package back to our South African distribution center.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
